    Cyber Resilience Pledge

NixInfinity-AI Ltd has signed the Government Cyber Resilience Pledge. Through the pledge, we commit to strengthening our own cyber resilience and that of our supply chain.

    Our signed declaration

Our declaration is signed by Harjinder Bilan, CEO, on behalf of NixInfinity-AI Ltd.

    What we have committed to

The pledge sets out three actions. These are commitments we are working towards, not completed achievements.

    1. Make cyber a board responsibility

    • Implement all actions within the Cyber Governance Code of Practice.
    • Ensure all board members undertake the NCSC’s Cyber Governance Training within three months, and then on an annual basis.

    2. Sign up to Early Warning

    • Register for the NCSC’s Early Warning service within one month of signing the pledge.

    3. Require Cyber Essentials across our supply chain

    • Register for the Cyber Essentials Supplier Check Tool within two months of signing the pledge.
    • Ensure a comprehensive audit of Cyber Essentials coverage is conducted across our entire supply chain, and that it is presented to and discussed by the board.
    • Take a risk-based approach to requiring Cyber Essentials across our supply chain (which may include requiring it from all suppliers). Where Cyber Essentials is not required for certain suppliers, the board will ensure the decision aligns with our risk appetite and strategy, and that adequate assurance is obtained through other means.

    Additional steps

    • Encourage these actions within our own supply chain, engaging with suppliers to understand and better manage the cyber security risks they are exposed to, and encouraging adoption of the measures above.
    • Publish the signed declaration on our website within two months, and publish an annual public update on the steps taken to deliver against the pledge.

The pledge is voluntary. We have committed to take positive and meaningful steps to fully implement the three actions and, if we are unable to implement any of them, to promptly provide DCMS with feedback explaining why.
