How quickly does the assessment start after I pay?

The same working day. Your payment triggers an internal handover to an IASME-licensed assessor, who sends your portal invite and kick-off email within a few hours.

Do you send a VAT invoice?

Yes. A UK VAT invoice is emailed automatically the moment the payment clears, addressed to the company name you enter at checkout. Additional copies or PO references can be added on request.

Which cards can I use?

All major UK and international debit and credit cards processed by Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple/Google Pay where supported by your device. 3D Secure is used for cardholder verification.

Can I still pay by BACS or against a purchase order?

Yes. Email cyber@nixinfinityai.com with your PO number or BACS request and we will issue a proforma invoice the same day. Card checkout is offered as the fastest option, not the only one.

Is my card data safe?

Card details are captured in a Stripe-hosted iframe. NixInfinity-AI never sees or stores the card number, expiry or CVC – Stripe handles that end-to-end under PCI DSS Level 1.

What if I pay for the wrong size band?

Just email us. Cyber Essentials pricing is based on IASME headcount bands; if your actual headcount falls in a different band, we will either refund the difference or invoice the top-up before assessment starts.

Why we built on-site card checkout

Historically, buying a Cyber Essentials certificate looked like this: enquiry form, sales call, PDF quote, purchase order, invoice raised, invoice paid 14–30 days later, then someone remembers to kick off the assessment. That is a lot of friction to buy a certificate you already know you need – especially when the reason you need it is a tender deadline that lands on Friday.

We rebuilt the checkout on nixinfinityai.com so any UK business can self-serve. Pick your headcount band, pay by card in about 90 seconds, and the certification workflow starts immediately. That is the whole thing.

What the process looks like now

Choose your certification. Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus, priced at £320 + VAT based on your organisation size (aligned to the IASME price bands).
Enter your company details. Company name, contact, work email and phone. This is what appears on your VAT invoice and gets your named assessor assigned.
Pay securely by card. Card details are handled by Stripe in an embedded form – we never see or store the PAN. 3D Secure is supported. UK VAT at 20% is added automatically at checkout.
Instant confirmation. You get a receipt and VAT invoice by email, plus a welcome message from an IASME-licensed assessor with your portal invite and next steps.
Assessment begins. You submit answers through the IASME certification portal. We pre-check, flag anything that would fail, and mark you when you are ready.

Is it secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Card details are entered into an iframe rendered by Stripe itself – NixInfinity-AI's servers never see, log or store a card number. We are also, of course, an IASME-licensed Cyber Essentials certification body: our own controls are audited every year against the same standard we assess you against.

What if I still want an invoice up front?

Public sector buyers, larger enterprises and some MSPs still prefer purchase orders and BACS. That is fine – contact cyber@nixinfinityai.com and we will raise a proforma invoice the same day. Card payment is the default because it removes friction; it is not the only option.
